Is Ube powder 100% natural?
Absolutely. Our powders are free of artificial colors, added flavors, and preservatives. The purple color of the ube is entirely natural.

Shipping and returns
Do you deliver all over Europe?
Currently, we only ship to Germany, France, and Benelux with parcel tracking. Delivery times generally vary between 4 and 7 business days depending on your country.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, on working days for orders placed before 12 noon.
What is your returns policy?
In accordance with food regulations, we do not accept returns of our products, except in exceptional cases.
A return or replacement will only be considered if the product is defective or damaged on delivery.
In this case :
- Take photos of the product and packaging immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, giving your order number and enclosing photos.
We will assess the situation and propose a suitable solution after checking the evidence provided.
Any returns or complaints outside these conditions will not be considered.
